Builder Model Home
Upper Arlington, Ohio
This client wanted to renovate a 1920’s family estate to a much more relaxed, casual style from it’s more traditional style. The client leans to more organic patterns, textures, and color. In this project the space was opened up by removing the walls from the existing kitchen and formal dining room to look into the existing sunroom creating the much desired open concept and the retreat that the family desired. This project has new custom cabinets, leathered granite counter tops with a live edge wood detail, stone walls, hardwood floors, high end plumbing and high end luxury products to finish the rooms out.

We were tasked with adding a master suite and renovating the kitchen. We also added a second floor laundry room, a fourth bath and updated the second and third bath.
This project was a new construction custom home. We assisted the client in developing their aesthetics and their lifestyle into their dream home. Their style was contemporary rustic. Beautiful features in this home include custom cabinets throughout, as well as tile features. We used a touch of reclaimed wood to enhance their contemporary, but casual lifestyle.
This project was a whole house renovation. We expanded the kitchen, moved the eating area into the existing family room with custom made built-ins, created a new and larger laundry room, a new pantry and renovated the powder room and den. A more modern traditional style added warmth and character. We used custom made cabinets, granite counter tops, beautiful tile backsplash, wainscoting and touches of reclaimed wood.
On this project the client wanted to take their traditional custom home and bring it to a more casual rustic contemporary. They have a very scenic lot on a lake and wanted to bring the style to a lifestyle that fit their young family. We expanded the kitchen, moved the laundry room to where a second first floor powder room and secondary closet were located and added a locker room / mud-room area off of the garage. Every room on the first floor was renovated as well as a new handrail system and treads on the staircase. We opened up the family room and added stone, hand hewed beams and some reclaim wood. Custom cabinets were used throughout.
